First of all, I pay tribute to the best Bengali of a thousand years, the father of the nation, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Through which we got this independent country. His privileged daughter Jannetri is the heartbeat of mass media in the form of digital Bangladesh, with the efforts of honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the country has now been promoted from a less developed country to a developing country.The present government is not unknown to you in its development. Together with the government, everyone will work for the development of the country. We hope that everyone will work unitedly to eliminate terrorists, militants and drug dealers and those who are involved in anti-national activities from the country. This government is committed to fulfilling all the needs of the people. Press Club means an association of journalists.The Federation of Press Clubs stands for many associations. Where journalists or journalistic organizations meet as the fourth pillar of the state. Many people come here to demand fair trial with complaints, hold press conferences or human chains. Many people came to press club to get their just demands. And most of the problems are solved from here.Dhaka Press Club Federation’s acceptability and credibility is based on the reputation and professionalism of journalists and journalist organizations working across the country. Dhaka Press Club Federation is always working for the development of journalists by keeping its reputation intact. I hope that the Dhaka Press Club Federation will work with the determination to build the country by being inspired by the ideals of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.Dhaka Press Club Federation has been formed as a bridge organization by bringing together all the press clubs of Bangladesh. I wish this organization success.

সৃষ্টিকর্তার নামে শুরু করছি,
প্রথমে শ্রদ্ধা জানাই হাজার বছরের শ্রেষ্ঠ বাঙালি, জাতির জনক বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান কে। যার মাধ্যমে আমরা এই স্বাধীন দেশ পেযেছি। তারই সুযোগ্য কন্যা জননেত্রী ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশের রুপকার গনমাধ্যমের হৃদয়ের স্পন্দন, মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনার প্রচেষ্টায় দেশ এখন স্বল্পোন্নত দেশ থেকে উন্নয়নশীল দেশে উন্নীত হয়েছে । বর্তমান সরকার উন্নয়নে রুপকার যা আপনাদের অজনা নয়। সরকারের সাথে থেকে সবাই একত্রিত হয়ে দেশ উন্নয়নে কাজ করে যাবেন। দেশ থেকে সন্ত্রাসী ,জঙ্গী ও মাদক বিক্রেতা এবং দেশ বিরোধী কাজে যারা ষড়যন্ত্রে লিপ্ত রয়েছে তাদের নিরমূল করতে সকলে ঐক্যবদ্ধ ভাবে কাজ করবেন বলে আশাকরি। এই সরকার জনগনের সকল চাহিদা পূরণে বদ্ধ পরিকর। প্রেস ক্লাব মানে সাংবাদিকদের একটি সংঘ বিশেষ। প্রেস ক্লাব ফেডারেশন মানে অনেকগুলি সংঘ বিশেষ। যেখানে রাষ্ট্রের চতুর্থ স্তম্ভ হিসেবে বিবেচিত সাংবাদিক বা সাংবাদিক সংগঠনগুলি মিলিত হন। অভিযোগ-অনুযোগ নিয়ে অনেকে এখানে সুষ্ঠু বিচার দাবিতে আসেন, সংবাদ সম্মেলন বা মানববন্ধন করেন। অনেকে তাদের ন্যার্য দাবী আদায়ের লক্ষে প্রেস ক্লাবে আসেন। এবং এখান থেকে অধিকাংশ সমস্যার প্রতিকার পেযে থাকেন। ঢাকা প্রেস ক্লাব ফেডারেশন গ্রহণ যোগ্যতা ও বিশ্বাসযোগ্যতা তা সারা দেশে কর্মরত সাংবাদিকদের এবং সাংবাদিক সংগঠন সুনাম এবং পেশাদারিত্বের ওপর প্রতিষ্ঠিত। ঢাকা প্রেস ক্লাব ফেডারেশন সুনাম অক্ষুন্ন রেখে সাংবাদিকদের উন্নয়নে সবসময় কাজ করে চলেছে।আমি আশাকরি বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবর রহমানের আদর্শে উজ্জিবিত হয়ে ঢাকা প্রেস ক্লাব ফেডারেশন দেশ গড়ার প্রত্যয় নিয়ে কাজ করে যাবে । বাংলাদেশের সকল প্রেস ক্লাবকে একত্রিত করে এখন ঢাকা প্রেস ক্লাব ফেডারেশন সংগঠনের সেতুবন্ধ হিসাবে গঠিত হয়েছে। আমি এই সংগঠনের সাফল্য কামনা করি।
